ETP FAQ

How much does each session cost?

ANS: Each session is $75.  Family and group discounts are available.  We are offering an introductory price of $60 for our April class.

What do I need to bring with me?

ANS: Each camper should bring a tent, sleeping bag, and toiletries.  A conference call will be conducted one week prior to each session to review the list of items needed for that session.  Click on the following link for a general checklist.  [Checklist]

What if I don't own a tent?
ANS:
There will be a limited number of tents available for rental.  You must make arrangements at least two weeks ahead of the event.  The tent cost are:

   2-man tent = $10

   4-man tent = $15

   6-man tent = $20

Each student is encouraged to purchase their own tent.  This topic will be discussed in the conference call prior to the event.  We will review types of tent, features and typical cost ranges.

What is included in the cost?
ANS
: Personal instruction, hand book, three meals (two Saturday and one Sunday) and materials needed for each class.

Is this program recommended for those that have never camped?

ANS: Absolutely! Our goal is to help each participant develop a practical faith that will sustain them in all situations.

Will a session be postponed due to inclement weather?

ANS: Yes! Safety is our number one priority.  There are extreme weather conditions that could impact our schedule.

What is your refund policy?
ANS
: When a session has to be rescheduled due to weather conditions, every attempt will be made to identify an available time for each student.  In the unlikely event that no reasonable times are available, refunds will be awarded.


When should my money be turned in?
ANS: Either the full amount or a deposit should be submitted to hold a space in the class.  Spaces are limited!

Is there a deposit?
ANS
: You may pay the entire amount or at least $25 (individual) to hold a space. Spaces are limited!

How many individuals spaces are available for each session?
ANS
: The target for each session is 20-30 individuals.

Are children allowed?
ANS
:  Children of all ages are allowed, but only those over the age of 12 will be able to participate.  Parents will be responsible for keeping up with and controlling their children.  Our goal is to create a learning environment that will be suitable for all.


Is there a deadline for signing up for the class?
ANS
:  YES! You should register at least one week before the class is scheduled to start.


Are pets allowed?

ANS: No.
